I have used RAMP for over 2 years now and have found their support to be exceptional.

My experience with RAMP has been amazing! The software was developed with a great understanding of my business. It is extremely intuitive to use. Everything is so easy and user friendly. A big thank you to the whole team who made my dreams come true. I am really pleased with the speed at which they delivered results from start to finish.   • The tool integrates well with Excel, so you can quickly see the data change, and the ability to manipulate and transform data really helps a lot to get it working effectively

  • Its not a full fledged analytics platform, but its very good for what it does.
  • There is a lot of manual input required to get the models running, and some functions require a bit of customisation to make them work for your specific needs.
  • Not sure if I could see myself being able to scale the platform if we got bigger.

The biggest problem I have with this software is that it is difficult to learn, I am still learning myself how to use it and the documentation is poor.

This software is also very slow to implement new ideas, updates and changes. If you want to start using the software you will be stuck with the initial version for months because they don't update quickly enough.   • The ease of setting up multiple users.

  • The documentation is horrible.
