We purchased this product after deciding it was becoming too expensive to continue buying water filters for our Zerowater pitcher. It only took a few minutes to assemble the stand and install the faucet on the porcelain jug. I wasn't sure how tight to tighten the bushing nut and the result was a slow leak between the pot and the gasket. After tightening, it no longer leaks. All in all a very good purchase and I would recommend although I might want to get a better faucet than the plastic one that comes with it - it looks and feels like something that will break over time and spill 3-5 gallons.
