Someone gave a 1 star rating and said it's all a scam to reward you for a 5 star rating, the disc is junk. I'm very pleasantly surprised by this, it's not that they don't offer rewards, they do. For my part, I welcome a reward from time to time, but no insignificant gift can replace the value of honesty. I received the DVD drive this morning and hooked it up to my Win 7 netbook. After the drivers were installed, I inserted the American Gangster promotional DVD. I was just working! I can't ask for much more. Only the USB-C connector makes me hope/wish I could use it with my tablet. I give 5 stars because it deserves it and I genuinely appreciate a gift for it. And I haven't even mentioned the features I love so much. It is thin, light and easy to take with you. The USB-C adapter is hidden in the USB connector, and the entire USB cable is hidden in a channel on the bottom of the player. The one I replaced didn't have this and packaging was problematic. I hope it lasts half as long as what it replaces.
