They are incredibly helpful, quick to respond when you need something fixed or if there's ever any question about their services! Very friendly people that care very much for your business needs as well as making sure it runs smoothly with minimal hassle from all parties involved!! I have no complaints at this time but would be happy too share how great they've been so far. We use rocket partners primarily because of our level 1 support team members who help us everyday through everything we do - even small things like shipping orders- getting out email notifications etc..
