Functional but fairly poor quality
These straps work but barely. The part designed to protect your car from the buckle is very fragile. Two of them broke on first use. The second time I used them, the ends of the straps began to unravel. You will keep your kayak in your car but I think most of the other options would be much better. I've used Thule's classic blue straps with a rubber piece that slides over the buckle and I don't have a single complaint about that. I think that's what you get when you're trying to save a few bucks.
