I'm usually opposed to buying cheap trim options, but in this lineup I was wrong. The quality is surprisingly good and for the price I'm very happy with it. I've used expensive professional ring lights ($200+) for jewelry work and so far this has matched the price at 10%. The brightness slider feels surprisingly smooth, and the power adapter fits snugly in the connector so I don't have to worry about it accidentally popping out. The case is plastic but not as bulky as some of the other models I've used, especially since it houses all the controls. That's easy. It works well, it's cheap and doesn't look like junk. Don't waste your money on expensive versions made the same way
