Media could not be loaded. I've had the opportunity to try both this professional thermal imager and the less advanced (and less expensive) consumer version. The professional version of the camera covers a wider temperature range than the consumer version and has a more detailed infrared thermal sensor. As you can see in the attached video, the Pro camera gives a much better picture compared to the consumer version of the camera. My biggest criticism of these devices is the short battery life. It runs for 45 minutes to an hour before needing to be recharged. The positive side of this is that your phone's battery is not used for operation. But I think the short battery life of such a tool would be disappointing. I like that the plug fits into larger cases thanks to the dial on the top of the device. It's pretty much plug and play, and the app is simple enough to get you started very quickly. More details in the attached video.
