Everyone's a winner

These wooden cubes are incredibly beautiful! We've been playing this every day since delivery. My son grew up doing yoga so he really enjoys composing his own pose or having someone do his sequence. It's easy enough, my husband can also play like a novice yogi, although with enough poses to balance and twist, it's very difficult. The instructions were simple and to the point. I really wish it included a list of poses and showed Sanskrit names. Just because my son and I like to know Sanskrit names, animal names etc. as well as the description of the pose on the t-shirt, what parts of the body it stretches, strengthens etc. Everyone's a winner too. It's still a fun and friendly competition e.g. B. who holds the pose the longest, who balances better on the left than on the right, how many variations can we make of this pose etc. It's a fun game and a great tool for learning motor skills, kindness. , the science of the body and anatomy, excellent calming or brain activity. Ideal for all ages, even if you have a child. Lay your baby on your tummy and let them listen and explore while everyone talks and poses. Have your baby sit on your lap or on your stomach while you do certain poses. Have them run around touching some of the poses with their hands and feet like older kids. Of course, make sure the child is safe in case one of the older children loses their balance. Really great for all ages!
