Review on ๐ŸŽฒ Yoga Dice: Unlock Thousands of Potential Combinations by Jose Cruz

Well made fun yoga tool

These yoga bones are great. They are about the size of a wooden alphabet/smaller children's building block, 1 1/4 inches. They are made of beautiful smooth wood with rounded edges and the images are blue. You have 7 dice. Each cube has 5 postures and one chakra, for a total of 35 postures and 7 chakras. Each cube represents a different category of poses: Sun Salutation, Standing, Balance, Sitting, Forward Bend, and Core. The book shows the pose, the name (not in Sanskrit) and how the pose is done. For chakras, it shows the chakra symbol, name, information about that chakra, benefits, and suggested postures to balance that chakra. Personally, I find the sides of the chakra a bit disturbing. I didn't remember the chakras, and to use the chakra as a pose I have to stop and look in the book for the suggested pose (which I didn't remember either). I would prefer 7 more poses. But over time I will remember the poses of the chakra. It's weird too, but at first I had trouble with the idea of sitting with your legs apart and folded forward. I followed the bottom line like other bones and looked at them upside down. I couldn't figure out what that pose was for the rest of my life. Lol I added a picture. To create the flow, I roll the dice, arrange the poses in order from standing to sitting, and roll the chakras. Sometimes I use chakra as a "wild" pose and add it to a pose that has been inverted, such as: B. a happy child. I would do number 4 after that. Then reroll the dice for 3 or 4 more rivers. They're easy to see standing up, except in the sun (they're shiny and the sun reflects a bit, making them a little hard to see standing up). The container they are kept in is quite durable. Overall, this is a really fun and useful yoga tool. Also ideal for group yoga.
