NON-STICK COATING IS NOT DURABLE
No coating The sticks were great for the first 6 or 8 uses and then the food started to stick, although the inside looked nice. Now the pans are useless and end up in the garbage. Since my experience with these pans, I have done extensive research on ceramic non-stick coatings and have found that NONE OF THE CERAMIC COATINGS ARE THE LAST. I wish I could do some due diligence first. Anodized aluminum is much stronger and these pans are a waste of money.
