Review on TracRat by Jacob Seymour

It's great to be able track issues from anywhere, have access in multiple locations at once as well with one login! I wish there were more features but it does what we need so far very nicely for us now (and will continue).

Really like how simple this software makes our jobs easier when trying locate items out or assign them back upon return/completion - no paper work needed anymore!! We are solving problems by tracking projects throughout their lifecycle which has helped tremendously reduce paperwork & improve communication between team members across different geographies / time zones etc.. This helps eliminate mistakes made before they happen because you're always looking up info about something instead just doing things yourself :) Benefits include being aware if any damage happens during transportations e.g. damaged parts due to improper handling etc., also we get notified immediately after an issue occurs allowing immediate action such as assigning someone.
