I like how easy it was to set up, plus you get notifications from emails or text messages so its not hard for me when i forget about my phone! The only thing with this app is that sometimes there are glitches in the chat box which make talking harder then normal but other than thats great!! Easy to use, and easy to learn. We had some issues with a few of the modules, but the developer was quick to respond and help us out. I'd say give it a try, it's easy to use, and it's free! TracRAT is a great tool to keep track of our fleet. It also helps us keep track of our repairable assets. I like the best feature is the ability to track all of my assets. It's great to be able track issues from anywhere, have access in multiple locations at once as well with one login! I wish there were more features but it does what we need so far very nicely for us now (and will continue). Really like how simple this software makes our jobs easier when trying locate items out or assign them back upon return/completion - no paper work needed anymore!!
