Review on 🚽 Sink Again: Universal Tank Sink for Front Sizes 14"-17.5" and Back Sizes 16.9"-19.5" (Lid Off) by Antonio Curry

Works very well needs a little modification for our use

We bought a Victorian house that had a full bath upstairs but only a toilet under the stairs on the first floor so we decided to have one to use of it. It connects easily to the water supply, but the problem is that water will splash onto the toilet and, when the lid is on, onto the seat if you're not careful with it. I improved this by gently heating the plastic at the spout/sink junction with a propane torch some distance away for a few minutes, then positioning the spout and bending it back a bit. If you look closely at the photo, you can see that by a happy coincidence the water falls straight into the drain hole, which is great. You still need to be careful to keep your hands well on the wall when washing. The water runs long enough to give us a decent flush in our 1.6 gallon flush toilet. To secure the top I used the sticky gray putty that electricians use to seal pipe fittings. Soft gray car putty or sea bed putty will also work. I also used a band saw to match the front corners of the sink to the beveled tub, then smoothed the edges. You may have better luck with the shape of your tank and won't need it or care too much about it. In general, this is a normal solution for our situation, which requires almost no installation.
