Does not stick. for adhesive tapes

SPEAKS, weather resistant etc. In my house it doesn't even stick to wood or painted walls. We bought two. What a waste of money. I just wanted to add extra protection to cover my windows from the inside with transparent thin plastic. Forget it. I tried using this to hang stockings on my coat for Christmas (using a nylon loop hanger). Forget it. I tried to hang a Christmas garland on the kitchen sink. Forget it. You keep falling. It doesn't even stick to itself. Terrible. Very disappointed.
