I make keto pizza often and this stone works well for making burger/cheese/almond flour with a crispy crust! I have some issues with it sticking and don't use cooking sprays because of the chemicals. Due to the nature of the keto crust, I can't heat the stone before placing the crust on top like you should. The set includes a pizza cutter, a cooling rack and a large folding spatula. Overall, I really like this pizza stone and plan to continue using it.
