I replaced the 1-7/8" hitch on my 3' x 6' cargo trailer because it was the only trailer I had that used this size so I only had a 2 -Inch bullet on receiver could use my tractor. One hole matched the existing hole so all I had to do was drill a hole in the trailer tongue. It took only 20 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. This block wasn't too heavy but seems strong enough. I had over 2000 pounds. in a trailer with a 400 kg drawbar. and the block works great.
