In an effort to convince my family to stop using as much toilet paper in hopes of leaving a few more trees intact, I ordered a Betterway bidet, knowing full well that I am an experienced middle-aged woman in training but not so much in plumbing - would be the installation. I chose this one because other reviewers commented on the quality of the guide and they were right. It took me two tries, but I was encouraged by the clear and well-written instructions that said things don't usually get right the first time. From an educational point of view, I would like to commend the authors of the guide for their positive tone. I installed it in about half an hour, despite two attempts, and all I needed was a screwdriver. Everyone in the house loves this thing, so I decided to install another one in the downstairs bathroom. The second took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I highly recommend this product - even the packaging is eco-friendly and fully recyclable. No plastic bags or unnecessary plastic packaging of any kind. Well done Betterway!
