Does what they claim

I liked the fact that it comes with a memory card to download vehicle data from their website. I also love that you get free lifetime tech support! - That alone is worth a lot! I'm new to working with cars although I grew up with it and it was easy enough for me to learn how to use everything on my own! That's pretty clear. The price of this machine is TOP! To be honest I have another one that costs about $100 MORE than this one and this one does everything the other does and this one is easier for me to navigate. If you work on your own cars (and family and/or friends cars too, lol) I highly recommend it!
