When I first received these ceramic heaters 2 out of 3 were broken. I submitted a claim with a photo showing the damage and received an email a few hours later saying they would send a replacement immediately. Customer service was fantastic and within hours of my first email I had tracking information. I received a replacement in the mail the next day and the heaters were in great condition. Regarding their performance, I have used one of these in my turtle tank and it works as expected. Has been working for several weeks without problems, 5 stars for that. I don't know how long each will last, but I suspect they will last quite a while since they don't have any moving parts or anything. I definitely recommend this seller and will buy again.
