Poor quality jacket

Initially I was very happy with this jacket. Having only worn it a handful of times in the month we've had it and only adults putting it on and off, the zipper is already broken. I am very disappointed considering it is a well known brand. It clamps from below and does not come loose through the gap. Will be updated when the issue is resolved.
