These LED downlights are very bright, fit perfectly, are easy to install and look great. There is only one problem, out of 6 lamps bought on 07/12/2018, two have already failed and are flickering. We'll see if the seller supports the 5 year guarantee and I'll update this review. At this point I would recommend a different brand. Since the problem can be caused by a faulty junction box, could you swap the non-working lightbulb with a different junction box to see if it works properly? Sincerely, ColeTorchstar Team My Answer; Good day! I have replaced the junction box with a known good one from one of the other lights and both lights work perfectly. I suspected that the LED driver in these boxes is defective as the LED bulbs may or may not work. As per our returns policy, if a product is under warranty and fails after 30 days of receipt, the buyer must return the product(s) back to our warehouse at the buyer's expense and we will replace it/them with a brand new product(s). ) after receiving the original product. After consultation with my supervisor, we would like to exceptionally send you a new junction box as a replacement. To save you all the hassle, there is no need to send the item back to us. Thanks, but you mentioned in your email "to send you a new replacement junction box" which would be fine except I need 2pcs junction boxes as I have 2pcs flashing bulbs. Please confirm that you understand that I require 2 junction boxes of each. Thanks very much! Conclusion. Although they lived up to their 5 year warranty claim I feel it should have been a replacement for the 2ea light assemblies and the customer shouldn't be asking for trouble shooting for them. Now I doubt other 4ea lights last much longer. I feel like it was an attempt to cause more trouble than it was worth for the customer to just give up. In short, I would look around for other manufacturers. Also pay attention to whether flashlights from other manufacturers look exactly like them! These lamps are made in China and sold to retailers for resale. So if they look the same, go somewhere else! UPDATE: ALL bulbs are defective, they only flicker and have low light output. I played around with these bulbs a bit as they are junk and found that the LED drivers are actually good and the bulb itself is broken. I'll go back to the tried and tested CFL type and call it good. What a waste of money!
