These pans are HEAVY, very well made (made in the USA!) and built to last. You can feel the weight difference when you lift it. The interior has an aluminized finish that makes your bread come out easily every time. At first I thought the perforated ridges would be awkward and would warp and make the bread difficult to take out, but it actually helps the bread release and rise more easily. I love these frying pans, they distribute the heat perfectly over the whole surface. Absolutely my go-to baking pan!
