Well done! My bread falls out every time!

These pans are HEAVY, very well made (made in the USA!) and built to last. You can feel the weight difference when you lift it. The interior has an aluminized finish that makes your bread come out easily every time. At first I thought the perforated ridges would be awkward and would warp and make the bread difficult to take out, but it actually helps the bread release and rise more easily. I love these frying pans, they distribute the heat perfectly over the whole surface. Absolutely my go-to…

Ideal for bread

My husband is a baker in the family. He tried different pans over the years and settled on this type of which he had two. But he usually makes three loaves at a time so I ordered this one for him thinking it was the same size as his. The two he already had turned out to be the 1lb size so I returned these and bought him the correct size to match his others. As I write this, he is baking three loaves of bread. He likes the way the pan cooks, washes and holds its shape. A thin layer of butter is…

American branded pastries are the best!

I really love the entire US bakery collection. I bake homemade bread and this loaf pan is the best loaf pan I have ever used. It's so well made and won't warp in the oven. I use a small amount of spray in my pans, but I probably won't need it. I just love how the squirts brown and crisp the bottom and sides of the bread when baked in these wonderful pans. I have a lot of American pans and pans. This is my mark now! I wish I could afford to buy everything they offer. Maybe one day I'll be able…

Best Bread Pans in the 'Verse

I love my US bakeware. Nobody is allowed to take, look at or touch these little beauties. I have three bread sizes as I bake bread for the week at home and try different recipes each week. I went through Bernard Clayton's bread book. Perfect! These bread molds have seams and can only be used for real bread dough. If you try to use them for poured bread you will rust. These pans do not need to be oiled. Pour the prepared dough into the mold, rise and bake. The bread falls off immediately. Once…

. USA Pan Bakeware pans and I am completely satisfied

I have other USA Pan Bakeware pans and am completely satisfied with them. However, the quality of the material is high, except during production, the sides where the folds were not fully sealed. When I first used it while baking a meatloaf, the accumulated liquid seeped through the folds and dripped onto the bottom of the oven, causing it to burn and smoke heavily. I had to stop baking in the middle of the recommended time to get rid of the burnt drips. I wouldn't recommend it for anything that

I absolutely loved her until yesterday.

I've had two of these pans for a few years now - until yesterday I really liked them. As I wiped the pan down with a towel, I noticed that one of the two pans had holes all over it. I have cared for and used both pans equally, but only one has this issue. I bake bread about once a month. I always hand wash and only use silicone utensils for all my pans. Needless to say, this pan with caution let me down. I have contacted USA Pans and hope they honor their lifetime warranty. The pans themselves…

Even heating, perfect release, do not soak, dry in a warm oven.

I was disappointed with bread making before receiving these pans due to uneven heat and sticking issues. I bake a lot more bread in these pans now because they heat up perfectly evenly and I haven't had any sticking. I butter a bit, but that's only because I love the bit of crispiness it adds to the bottom half of the bread. After a few minutes of cooling out of the oven, the loaf slides out like a dream every time. I gave it four stars because the folded design poses few maintenance issues…
