Review on 🔘 Akebono-EUR1061 Brake Pads by Michael Boyd

They were only installed a few weeks ago on my 2007 BMW 328i sedan (E90) but so far I like them. The car drives every day, the brakes work well. A bonus is the huge reduction in brake dust compared to OEM pads which I think is a huge plus. Please note these pads are for a 2007 328i built before August 2007. For production from 09/2007 you need EUR918A. Don't take my word for it; Do your own research (at Pelican Parts, Tire Rack, etc.). 12/2013 6 month update: It's been about 6 months since the installation and now I would like to install them on my rear wheel as well (instead of the OEM pads installed by the BMW dealer). Again, I don't notice any braking problems at all; I just don't think about my brakes because the car stops when I want it to. But my rims are cleaner day and night due to the lack of brake dust. The original pads on the front brakes were covered with dust that made them almost black in all the gaps in the rim and now this problem is gone. So much so that I felt compelled to come back here to update this review! I'm *really* happy with these pads.
