Perfect for my 05 TL. Installation took about 30 minutes with the right tools. In fact, the delivery was pretty quick, arriving a day early! Keep your original screws as only three are included. The only (very, very small) downside I noticed is that the down position is slightly higher than the stock down position. The rest seems perfect. I will update if anything changes.
