Great purchase no regrets

I couldn't be happier with the two I've ordered for my kids. I've spent a lot of time browsing all the options and also the "best wetsuits for kidsโ€ on the internet. The price is simply unbeatable! Let's face it parents, you can also plan to buy one of these every year for up to 2 years. So why spend extra money? So let's talk about other benefits. 1) Fit - As long as you measure your child (don't run out of dress size), these suits are true to size. The two most important measurements for me were waist and height (particularly height). If the suit doesn't fit your child's height, it won't fit well on the gussets or won't fit snugly enough and will fill with water (goodbye buoyancy). On sizing I found a suit that my child was a small to medium size (which gave them some room to grow) 2) the quality - let's just say Tasmanian devils would outgrow this suit before it could be torn! Unbeatable quality for the price. 3) Warmth - this is entirely up to your child. We swam in Florida where the temperature never exceeds 60-65 degrees. One child was fine, the other was cold. We decided that our little Skinner would need a full suit. However, 3mm is perfect for a spring suit. 4) Stretch - Neoprene 3mm will flex but not much. Don't buy a suit that you think your child can stretch out in. If you're looking for more flexibility, a 2mm suit is better, but you'll sacrifice warmth. However, this suit was flexible enough for my 8 and 10 year olds.
