An excellent German knife for every taste.
All 10 inch blades I've used before are from kitchens I've worked in. Finally I decided I wanted mine. I decided to start with this because it sounded like a regular knife. I've been using it for about three weeks now and it's become my go-to knife for pretty much everything. It came sharpened and ready to use. The flatter blade sped up my preparation. I used Henckel 8 before, it's easy to replace.
