Impressed! about small household appliances

I am a lover of knives and boards, but this little gem has made me a happy old lady! I can cook a fermenting cabbage without pulling out a clunky food processor or something. It's easy to use and clean, and it's YELLOW! Allotah Bang for Yah Buck.
