Completely disappointed. Initially I thought the missing remote control was the biggest problem with this purchase. Shortly thereafter, my husband went to set it up and we found more problems. The opened DVD tray was covered with dust. To be honest, popping is the only functional thing about this device. It does not play DVDs or VHS tapes. On the first try after setup it played the tape for 6 seconds, then hung up and stopped playing. The numbers that indicate the playback time no longer move. I have taken every precaution in the rating system of this purchase - even paid another $40-$50 more than other sellers with similar devices to guarantee satisfaction - what,
