Bought a computer for programming. The old one had only 2GB of DDR2 RAM, which was very much missed. I bought ASUS H170M-PLUS, 4 pieces of 8Gb DDR4 2133MHz Kingston memory (KVR21N15D8/8) totaled 32GB, this G4400 processor and a fast SSD. He copes with his tasks with a bang. The video file in 23GB pulls successfully. The processor frequency can dynamically change from 800 MHz, there are about a dozen positions, almost every 200 MHz. Now about the weather, that is, the temperature. I have a half-kilogram Titan TTC-NK35TZ/RPW(KU) hanging. In idle 28-30 degrees. When you turn on the full load (video encoding) for 1 second, the temperature rises to 45-47 degrees and stays there. It is clear that the radiator does not warm up during this time. When the load is removed, the temperature also instantly drops to 33 degrees. Summary, no matter what cooler you install, the percentage will still heat up to 45-47 degrees at least. Another idea is to disable the fan altogether. I don't play with toys. At work, I have a 4-core Core i7, but it's useless, since everything rests on RAM and disk. For me, this percentage is more than enough.
