Revainrating 4 out of 5

The part itself works, but minus 1 star for no instructions

In short, this spray head can be assembled, it works and does not leak. But we had to use reviews from other buyers as the installation guide and not the actual guide that came with the product. The main things you will most likely encounter if you are not a pro: 1) The kit includes a spray head and a small bag with a black o-ring and 2 plastic inserts (one clear, one yellow-green). Spray nozzle. You do not have to insert both inserts into the spray head. We used transparent because its opening is larger (= stronger flow). Push it in gently, the black o-ring on the valve shrinks and the valve slides inwards, on the wagon wheel side, into the hole (this is how it was installed in the original head). There is a plug in the spray head so you don't push it too far. You no longer need to do anything on the spray head. The supplied black O-ring is not included in the spray head. 2) Try to assemble the spray head (screw it back onto the hose). Most likely it will leak under the gasket. Question: How do you repair a leak? Answer: For some reason, the replacement head has a wider opening than the original head. The hose still fits fairly snugly into the black plastic spray head opening, but not tight enough. Note that the hose already has a black O-ring. Remove the original o-ring and replace it with the supplied o-ring. The last one is a bit thicker. And that's just enough to ensure a tight fit of the hose to the opening of the spray head. When we reassembled the spray head it stopped leaking. Hope that helps.
