Easy to install, chrome plated plastic and better spray mechanism than original. *** An o-ring is included so there is no need to purchase it separately as I was instructed by a Grohe customer service representative who gave me the part numbers. This is a great replacement for the original Grohe drawer that was leaking down the side. (Yes, it was plastic too) The new one is slightly different in shape and design, but better than the old one both visually and functionally. This is a genuine Grohe product. For my use - replaces an obsolete product. I left the original inlet hose. If someone replaced the original supply hose ($45) it would probably fit perfectly.
