I have bought several of these remote controls and the product itself gives me no complaints. My only star is solely for the company's decision to remove the DIP switches WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER! There is no indication on the packaging, no change in model number; even the Revain description mentions DIP switches! Apparently the Chamberlain people have decided to phase out this costly component, although those of us who live in apartment buildings still need it to program the remotes to operate the building's gates. It is the company's right to change, as well as my right to conduct my business elsewhere, but please clarify your rules before I make a purchase!
