This case saved a life. I take my 50 lb dog to either day care or a hike or to the park every day. I've had it for a month now and it does the job with no signs of wear. Initial set up was easy even though I have a 3 door car so my bench seat is a bit odd and not really well suited for a general purpose item. . I have to adjust the cover regularly, but it's big enough and stays in place well enough to still protect my seats. Because it's really impenetrable, dried dirt collects and I have to periodically wipe the cover or vacuum the dirt, but the material makes it pretty easy and the dirt doesn't get on my seats. It's also good if your dog got sick in the car or your house (car?) didn't break down. Overall this is a good case, some may have issues with the universal fit, but I like the other features of the Kurgo case (extra pockets, easy to clean). I plan on keeping it and using it in future cars if it lasts that long!
