Customer Service from MIRMARU was terrible.

It was one of my worst shopping experiences ever when I recently made a purchase from MIRMARU's web store. Their website was sluggish and challenging to use, to start. When I eventually did, the item I wanted was out of stock because it took me so long to find what I was looking for. I made the decision to get in touch with their customer service team to see if they could point me in the right direction or recommend something comparable. Their customer care, however, was dreadful. After being placed on hold for more than an hour, I was eventually able to speak with a representative, who was rude and unhelpful. When I inquired about the product I was seeking, the representative informed me that they were unable to assist me and advised me to "keep checking the website." How unprofessional and useless they were astounded me. Even worse, when I did eventually receive my order, the items weren't at all what I had anticipated and were of poor quality. After just one wash, the garments came apart due to their shoddy construction. Overall, I had a very bad encounter with MIRMARU, and I would not suggest this website to anyone. Their products are of poor quality, and their customer care is appalling. Avoid the trouble by shopping somewhere else.
