Fits pasta and pizza tools

I needed a plastic scraper that wouldn't ruin my marble countertop or the plastic cutting boards I use for yeast dough. (Most scrapers are metal). This scraper isn't as stiff as I was hoping, but it's billed as a "flexible" scraper so I can't take points off it. This scraper is not hard enough or sharp like metal to cut yeast dough into pieces. It takes a little pressure. But it's normal. It does the job.
