- I was really struggling to find an all natural shampoo without sulfates and chemicals. It's expensive, I find it hard to justify the price (and the bottles aren't exactly big lol). But I can't deny that this is a great product. They call it a probiotic, which is probably not the term I would choose. I would probably call it a healthy biome shampoo or a biome shampoo. It contains herbs and natural ingredients that keep your scalp healthy and don't destroy your natural biome. The shampoo does not foam, so it needs to be used a lot. The shampoo smells like a hospital product, smells like something sterile. It's not strong and doesn't bother me, but don't expect a shampoo to smell nice. The conditioner smells like vinegar to me. It'll go away in maybe 30 minutes. My hair feels good. I use essential oils on hair and they are completely removed, hair becomes light, clean and fluffy. I'm afraid they might dry my hair too much. I think the citrus in the conditioner smells like vinegar to me and can dry out. Soapberries in shampoo can also be drying. I think I can throw out the conditioner and go back to using shampoo and essential oils.
