To be honest, I didn't dare try the Scourer. I thought they looked cheap and wouldn't do what was advertised. But I needed something that wouldn't scratch my good nonstick ceramic cookware, wouldn't stink, and wouldn't fall apart after a few weeks. I decided to order them based on the reviews. I've had them for almost two months and so far I'm still on my first air purifier. It is used several times a day and works well. It works exactly as described! Remember that washcloths are not absorbent. They are not suitable for wiping down items such as countertops, appliances and plumbing fixtures. They are not designed for this type of work.
