Installation is pretty simple -- two screws out, hold the switch bar in place, two different screws in. It worked on the multi-switch plate for just one of the controls. Looking at it, if we needed it on two, that would not work very well.My toddler was initially angry at me for changing something in his bedroom. Once I showed him he could turn his light off and on by himself, however, he was all in. He's insisted everyone in the house come up to see how he can turn his light off and on all by himself.I'm glad it's a two pack, because he keeps pulling it pretty far out from the wall and I haven't been able to correct him on that yet. It's a little bit flexible, but I don't think it's quite flexible enough to deal with that kind of usage.
