Unable to install windows 7 (both original and assembly). Specialists from the Gigabyte support claim that you can install windows 7 if itcomsts Skylake percent. But in fact, it is impossible to install the original images, presumably due to the crooked BIOS. (I have Skylake i3 6300) It was possible to install Windows Server 2022 R2, but USB andnetwork adapters do not work after installation. Tried both WiFi andNetwork cards from D-Link and TP-Link. The BIOS is not fully translated and probably they are unlikely to deal with it . The BIOS does not have an IDE option in the SATAcomnfiguration settings. Moreover, there is a choice option, but when choosing only 1 AHCI option. (I quote support Gigabute "There never was an IDE mode. This mode has long been removed from the SATAcomntroller operating modes. ") When asked how to install 7, the answer is the following "Burn the Windows 7 IMAGE to a USB flash drive using the Windows USB Install Tool" utility: In the BIOS, under OS type, set Other OS. Then install Windows 7. " I didnโt try to install sema through the disk, and itโs notcomnvenient either! 2022 and the disks are already quite outdated and a long version of the installation of the operating system . Personally, I was disappointed in Gigabyte products and in Support too. And with a probability of 90% I will not buy their products again, and I will not recommend them to anyone . You can, ofcomurse, hand it over for warranty service, but then I will remain at work without a job, and no one will pay me a simple one .
