I have been riding motorcycles for over 35 years and have a full leather interior. I haven't owned a bike for a few years and recently bought a new bike. Well I reluctantly bought this jacket and to my surprise it far exceeded my expectations! Absolutely windproof, ultra-light, flexible with freedom of movement. We have a local Harley rally in the fall so I decided to look for a biker and put on a leather jacket. I could not move. The Klim jacket is warmer and much more comfortable! Another time I got into pouring rain for an hour and again, to my surprise, came home relatively dry. Although I wasn't looking for this jacket for its protective qualities, I recently had a motorcycle accident and this jacket saved me. I was thrown off my bike and rolled down the street at 60 km/h. Once again, to my surprise, a quarter abrasion formed on my elbow. My jacket is torn, but I'm not! I will definitely buy another one!
