Very disappointed. - Tablets

Unless I have a bad block I doubt this thing is extremely slow. Tablet freezes frequently, Apps install VERY slowly, APPS LOAD SLOWLY. This was for my mother in law who only needs Facebook and email. Completely useless to them. Very disappointed.
