Very disappointed. - Tablets

Unless I have a bad block I doubt this thing is extremely slow. Tablet freezes frequently, Apps install VERY slowly, APPS LOAD SLOWLY. This was for my mother in law who only needs Facebook and email. Completely useless to them. Very disappointed.

Doesn't come with 2GB RAM

The seller states that this tablet has 2GB RAM but it only comes with 1GB RAM and that's printed on the back of the box. It also didn't update to Nougat as it got stuck in an update loop. i give it back

This is the second time I have had to return.

This is the second time I have had to go back. This item was advertised as 2GB. Memory. The item received has only 1GB memory.

Specifications are WRONG! Doesn't have 2GB of RAM!

Very disappointed, just received these tablets and although the seller/manufacturer repeatedly claims they have 2GB of RAM, the packaging clearly states that they have 1GB. Onboard RAM was one of the key features that made me choose it over other devices. The seller must do it right!

False Advertisement - Product shipped with only 1GB of RAM

Also like several other reviews I received the tablet with only 1GB of RAM, not 2 as several other reviews have reported. also received a tablet with just one gigabyte of RAM instead of the fake two gigabytes advertised for the product. Very frustrating, the problem has obviously been around for a while but nobody has bothered to fix it. False advertising.

The description of the tablet is not correct!

The seller is making false claims about this tablet. Notably, as others have pointed out, it only has 1GB of RAM, not 2GB as advertised. This results in terrible performance - the tablet is slow and unresponsive even when used for simple tasks like web browsing.
