I love this pressure pot. It is easy to use and I am using it daily. I wish the manual had some starter recipes, but I've been able to find many on the internet. I would like to have a 2nd inner pot and a glass lid but the manual has no info on how to get those. I would recommend this appliance to anyone.After over a month of use, I still love it but I have lowered it to 4 stars because of what I consider poor customer service from HouSmile. I contacted them through their internet address about my rack that had a missing handle and was promised a new one Jan. 1st, 2 weeks after contact. I'm still waiting. I emailed again Jan 3rd requesting info about where I could buy items such as a glass lid and additional sealing rings. I received an email from customer service requesting an Best Buy invoice which I promptly provided in return email. Since then, silence. Too bad there is so little information available.
