They gave me many steps to fix the problem I was having and were able to get it working! The monitor works great! I decided to try them even though there aren't many reviews for this product and I would definitely recommend buying from them. Great product and great support team! First Review: The monitor didn't have many reviews but thought I'd give it a try. Its packaging is great, but when I tried to connect a monitor to my MacBook Pro, most of the ports weren't responding to the connection, and the only port that was responding gave me a "No Signal" message. The MacBook used to work with numerous monitors (both portable and non-portable). I've tried contacting support a couple of times as others have said they're pretty good but got no response from them.
