Okay, this powder does the job quite well, but to be honest I'm not a big fan of the raspberry-lemon flavor. I asked my family to try it and they said if watermelon can sweat, it will taste that way too. I laughed out loud because they were right. It's an odd taste and after finishing this container I'd like to try the lemon flavor. I say that I like Nuun's effervescent tablets. Finally, I will disable this powder because it works. Many of us looking to increase our activity levels or decrease our recovery time have tried the worst tasting foods. I trust Nuun.
