There is no gas outlet. Fail

The gas man and I could not get the gas out when connected to our unit. Our coupler and device work great with a 20 lb can, but it won't dump the gas. We put a screwdriver in this brass connector and gas came out, but when it was connected to our line it didn't let any gas through. It's useless. Problem. Do not buy. I bought another one from Revain and it worked fine.

Pros

1/4" on QCC1, 1/4" NPT gas direction that screws into an NPT female connector. Perfect for connecting your small propane tanks to a larger one.

Cons

Doubtful purchase for the elderly
