Review on 🚗 Keador 12V/5A Automotive Smart Battery Charger: Efficient Trickle Charger for Car, Motorcycle, Boat, RV, and More (Yellow) by Matthew Burnett

I tested this charger on: 1) gel cell which I know is bad. Does the charger say the failed battery is fully charged? Nothing about the battery, even charging is not accepted. I don't expect this pulse charge to fix the battery, but it says it does. This charger is anything but smart. 2) The gel cell that I know for sure is only good at 8 volts. This charger runs for about 45 seconds and reports that the battery is fully charged. The fact is that when tested with a Fluke voltmeter, it charges only up to 8 volts 3) Used on a car battery at night at -3 degrees. I tested the car battery with a Fluke voltmeter before connecting this charger and it read 12.5 volts. When I check the next morning, this charger says the battery is fully charged. The fact is that when checked with a Fluke voltmeter, it dropped to 10 volts. Put simply, I have a bad charger or it's junk.
