Great lip balm that softens your lips but they were trying to match the Dr. Capturing Pepper, and it's not my favorite. If you like cinnamon then by all means take it, but that's nowhere near Dr. Pepper. The container is very cute. Can be used as a small pill holder when the lip balm is gone
