Review on 📐 Swanson Tool LLP002 Level 2 Pack: Accurate and Convenient Leveling Solution by Klassic Duncan

The photo shows the product arrived defective. One of the levels has a rope hook completely deformed to the point where it can no longer hang. The product is not damaged at all - the broken hook is clearly rounded and smooth. It was a manufacturing defect, an apparent failure of Quality Assurance to identify it, and possibly a shameful and dishonest disclosure of faulty Swanson products to unscrupulous sellers who don't care about defrauding customers. Now I wouldn't trust this company with an inch of my construction projects and will never buy this brand again. I wasted my time and my project got delayed because of this ridiculous defect.
